For the purpose of this document "WhichOne" referes to the application available on whichone.in and its corresponding mobile apps available of Android and iOS.
1. Terms
By accessing WhichOne you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable
laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do
not agree with any of
these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this application are
protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use license
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or
software) available on WhichOne for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a
license, not a transfer
of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;

WhichOne has not reviewed all of the sites that link to it and is not responsible for the

WhichOne will not use any cookies from third-party advertising companies. However, external
content (such as e-commerce websites) loaded within WhichOne on demand of the user, may use such cookies in order to
provide relevant
advertisements about goods and services.
11. Third-party content
Users may access third-party content, in the form of websites etc., within WhichOne for their personal use. To
enable this, WhichOne requests
respective third-party servers for content and renders it to the user. In order to improve accessibility of such
content, WhichOne may make necessary adaptation before rendering. If third-parties have any objections whatsoever,
with regards to the adaptation made by WhichOne, they may choose to deny WhichOne access to their content. By
serving content in response to requests made by WhichOne, third-parties agree to be bound by terms of service of
WhichOne.
Moreover, users agree to only access content for which they have the relevant permissions from the thrid-party.
Henceforth, by accessing the content, users agree to have implicitly provided all the necessary permissions to
WhichOne
to request and retrieve that content from the third-party on their behalf.
